Airport conquest series. A paper plan to cover Aomori, Misawa, Okadama (Sapporo), and Hakodate airports in a single day.
There is no direct flight from Misawa to Hakodate, but connecting through Okadama via Misawa → Okadama → Hakodate doubles as conquering Okadama Airport. That’s the core of this plan.

Route Design
Aomori and Misawa are both in Aomori Prefecture, about one hour apart on the Aoimori Railway. Since there’s no direct Misawa–Hakodate flight, the route connects via two JAL flights: Misawa → Okadama → Hakodate. What looks like a detour through Sapporo is actually efficient — it adds Okadama to the tally at no extra time cost.
The overall flow: Haneda → Aomori (fly), Aomori → Misawa (rail), Misawa → Okadama → Hakodate (fly, fly), Hakodate → Haneda (fly). Four airports traced roughly east to west.

Timetables are subject to change. Check the latest schedules before traveling.
45 Minutes at Aomori Station
After arriving at Aomori Station by bus from the airport, there’s about 45 minutes before the Aoimori Railway departure. The plan is to eat at “Osanai,” a restaurant near the station.
35 Minutes at Okadama Airport
Arriving at 13:45, the Hakodate flight departs at 14:20 — a 35-minute connection with no time to leave the airport. Okadama is a small airport within Sapporo city limits, separate from New Chitose Airport.
1 Hour 45 Minutes at Hakodate Airport
Arriving at 15:00, the Haneda flight departs at 16:45. Time to spend inside the airport.
